How secure is my personal information?
All communication within our network is Secured. It is protected from hackers and security bridges by state-of-the-art security system technology. Confidentiality Policy
All information obtained by any staff of this agency is strictly confidential and will be treated as such. Such information will be used for the sole purpose of providing care and related services to the individual. Request for information concerning any individual for any purpose other than that authorized by the law e.g. sharing pertinent information with other providers for the purpose of providing and coordinating services, ordered by the Court etc can only be released by the written consent of the legal guardian or the individual. However, information may be released if required by Law or law enforcement personnel during legal and/or official investigation and court order. It is the policy of FPA to have individuals exercise all their rights under the law. FPA has placed a copy, in a conspicuous location, plainly visible and easily read by staff, and visitors, and provides a copy to each Individual or the individual's significant other upon admission.
